PRBS RX: More error diagnostics

      I am finding the "rxError" counter doesn't give me enough details of what type of error occurred. Similar to the firmware implementation, it would be useful to have the following details in the SW PRBS RX module:

      1. Framing Error
      2. Bit error
      3. Skipped event counter
      4. etc, etc.
